OWNER - MASTER BARBER

My name is Woody and I am the owner and head Master Barber at this shop. Years ago, when I started looking for a job at a barbershop around here, I simply was not satisfied with the options that surrounded me. Finally, God gave me a revelation and guided me to the perfect spot to open my own shop (well at least as far as my budget was concerned). It was small, and need a ton of work, but Linda and I put our heads together (or maybe I just listened) and we made it happen. It was named after Father (God rest his sole). His nickname, as well as mine was Woody because our last name is Wood. Truth be told I never really liked it until I was grown up and realized that it was a honor to be called by the same nickname as my dad. He was a proud ARMY vet, and an amazing dad, who was loving kind and supportive, and for most of my life, he was my very best friend. I hope is he proud of this shop, I know I am.

Through the years, we have been well known as the mainstay and go to spot for the U.S. Navy. As word of mouth continued to spread, we continued to grow, in fact we even expanded. The military support is important to us, as is the local support we receive. We are trained here to do every type of men’s service here ... and We can do it all - really well - basic haircuts, fades, skin fade, scissor cuts, and the list goes on ... heck we even give great facials here as well. Our - my expertise comes from the passion of this profession. If someone truly does not LOVE doing this, trust me, they will NEVER be good at it.  Articulation, perfection, and attention to even the smallest detail is what makes a great barber, and honestly it’s getting rarer and harder to find (as I am sure many of you already know) ... I know because for someone to work for me at this barber shop - they have to be the best and they have to go through me, and I don’t miss much ... and I don’t allow shortcuts.
